We're unabashedly focused on two things at the Summit Creamery: a tremendous amount of fun, and tremendous ice cream. We're an ice cream-obsessed team that stumbled into owning a local creamery in Davidson, North Carolina, and now we're so all-in on making the best ice cream we've ever had. And that you've ever had, too, but we figured we eat so much ice cream that if we're psyched about it, you will be too!

We make each and every batch in our scoop shop, taking our wild recipe ideas and testing them and perfecting them. The result is a menu that's part classics -- Summit's take on some more traditional flavors -- and part experiments. We study other brands we love, seek out scoops when we travel, and forward late night Instagram posts. We absolutely love making fun ice cream, and making ice cream more fun.

Sometimes our flavors are inspired by our favorite desserts, or nostalgic candies, or the movie we just watched, or whatever our children suggest. There are no bad ideas, and the reality is, it's just ice cream!
